Understanding payments and cancellations
We accept bank transfers for your convenience. To secure your booking, a deposit of £50 is required. The final payment is due upon your arrival and can be made via bank transfer or cash.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than two weeks before your scheduled arrival date.
What’s included in your stay
To make your holiday as comfortable as possible, we provide all essential bedding and towels. You will also find complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits awaiting your arrival, perfect for a warm welcome.
Our aim is to ensure you have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Caethle Caravan, allowing you to settle in immediately and begin your break.
Preparing for your arrival
To help you plan your travel, please note that check-in is available after 2:00 PM on your arrival day. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure day. This allows us ample time to prepare the caravan for our next guests.
